  • What is coaching?

    In short, coaching helps you get from where you are, to where you want to be, quicker than if you were working towards your goals alone. Coaching helps you to focus on what you want, build confidence in yourself to achieve your goals and a good coach will hold you accountable and challenge your limiting beliefs that might be stopping you from reaching your goals.

  • What can I expect from coaching?

    My approach to coaching is always to work with you in a way that works for you, I don't have a 'one size fits all' approach to coaching. You can expect me to challenge you in a kind and empathetic way, encourage you to achieve your goals and work with you to identify what might be holding you back. As the client always sets the agenda, you decide what we cover in a session. A good coach won't give you advice - I may offer tools that may help you, but my coaching style is to help you empower yourself to find the answers you already hold within you.

  • Can I sign up for two or three sessions?

    Because change and results take time, I work with clients for a minimum of six sessions. I work with clients that are committed to working towards a goal (or multiple goals), so a minimum of six sessions gives you time to progress towards that.

  • What's the difference between coaching and therapy/mentoring?

    In coaching, the client always sets the agenda and the coach usually won't give advice. Coaching is based on the concept that you hold the right answers for you and as your coach, I'll help you to find those answers. Therapy and mentoring may involve giving clients advice, plans, ideas and tools. Therapy is conducted by a mental health professional and mentors will usually have a wealth of experience in a particular area, and will give advice and tools based on that experience.

  • Do you offer corporate coaching?

    Yes, I offer coaching for organisations and would love to work with you to build a coaching program that supports your team and organisation. Please contact me for more information.

  • Do you offer in-person coaching?

    Yes, I love to work with clients in person. Costs vary for in person coaching, please contact me to chat about options.

  • Can I spread the cost of payments?

    Yes, absolutely. I want to make coaching accessible to everyone, so I offer payment plans. Chat to me to learn more about spreading the costs of coaching.
